I was in a different country as a supervisor trainee in a multinational company. It was such a beautiful place and I was happy to be there. We had an hour everyday for lunch and what my friend and I did with our one hour was to discover malls and markets and shops.
We usually passed through the back exit door which had a long pathway. Sometimes this pathway was lonely but there was really nothing to worry about, only staff passed through there.
On one eventful day, as we walked to the back exit door, two other male staff were also on the pathway. We said our quick hellos and hurriedly walked past them. We were always in a hurry just so we wouldn't exceed our one hour break.
We noticed that the guys who were once strolling had started walking very fast behind us, we got scared but we acted brave and hastened our steps.
As we approached the exit door, I just heard "Jawaram". That was the sound of one of the guys grabbing my "copulous behind" lol. (It's funny now, back then I felt horrible )
OMG! I totally lost it, I started screaming and shouting at him. I wasn't afraid anymore, I had been violated and there was nothing more to loose. I was screaming so hard that I felt the veins in my head rising and falling.
I took him totally unawares, he was shocked at my reaction. Maybe he'd done that and gotten away with it in the past. As I shouted, I just burst into tears. I went back inside and reported the incident. It was even a junior staff. (Nonsense )
The silly boy lied through his teeth that he never did anything like that. I was furious and so ready to even fight him. He was asked to apologise and I was pleaded with not to escalate further.
After that unfortunate incident, I was traumatised for a long time and I needed to know why the young chap did what he did. (He later came on his own to apologise)
Was the shaky shaky too much? I was even putting on a bogus pair of trousers. I couldn't fathom it. I decided to find out from my friends if I wobbled when I walked. Before I could finish they both responded "Yes! " they recorded me afterwards and when I saw the short clip, I refused to believe that wobbly thing belonged to me. Lol
I'm not saying that the boy's action was valid, he had no right to do what he did even if I wobbled for Africa. However, some lessons were learnt, 1. A lady's back must wobble and it has absolutely nothing to do with size. 2. There are different levels of wobble. The round wobble, the up and down wobble and scattered wobble (the worst type). Please identify yours and work on it.
Tighten up when you walk, (this takes a lot of practise) or you get a wobble sensitive underwear.lol Some women don't even know that they wobble. Men help us in this campaign against wobble. Let your wives know about the wobble and help them stay wobble free. Ladies please feel free to talk to another sister about the wobble. I understand that some ladies create the wobble themselves. Well, I wish them well and say "happy sales to you!"
This may sound light but it's not, see what it got me into? Besides there's nothing cool about the wobble especially if yours is the scattered type. Another thing, if you don't sort your wobble out, you'll be attracting unwanted labourers to your backyard.
As for me, I'm still a learner, I'm not totally wobble free but I'm getting there.

ReplyDeleteThese are some of the few pecks men enjoy observing in God's beautiful creation, now you suddenly want to bring it to an abrupt end?

ReplyDeletea man who feels entitled to grab a woman's behind because it wobbled , will also feel entitled to grab her breasts because they are there. If we work on the wobble, should we also hide our breasts? that guy deserved serious punishment so that he learns to keep his hands to himself. What if it had been at night? What if he had cornered you where he could rape you? I have no sympathy for sex offenders like him!
ReplyDeleteWell said my sister. Control! Without control he is prone to do much worse.
