The story today is slightly
similar to yesterday’s story.
It is not clear who Amayo started
dating first but what was clear was that he had two girlfriends at the same
time.
The two ladies, Nenadu and Ugala both
knew that they were dating the same guy; they had met and exchanged words
several times in Amayo’s home. This is exactly why men do not have any respect
for some women. I am almost a hundred percent sure that two men will not date the same
woman seriously. One will definitely leave for the other and in a situation
where both men decide to stay and keep dating the same lady, then the lady
should be worried for they would have decided between the two of them to just
keep using her; both will definitely dump her at an agreed time.
Anyway, Nenadu and Ugala kept on
dating Amayo and both vowed not to give in to the other person, they both
wanted Amayo to make that decision when he was eventually ready to settle down.
If a party to this type of relationship is ignorant of a competition, then that
person could be pardoned but knowing that your “boyfriend” could be with
another person and still you stay on waiting for him to take a decision, then
something must really be wrong.
Rumour has it that Amayo
started dating Ugala first though it was a short interval before he met Nenadu
and quickly added her to the string. He never hid the fact that he was dating
two women seriously from either of them and everyone who knew him then knew about
Nenadu and Ugala, Amayo’s dolls (like his friends called them).
After about three years of dating
both women, Amayo chose to settle down with Nenadu, he dramatically broke off
with Ugala who did not take the news very well.
Amayo and Nenadu got married in a
beautiful wedding ceremony which was well attended by friends and many
dignatires for both parents were top government workers in the state where they
both resided. Nenadu became the talk of the town while Ugala was made a
laughing stock. A year later, Ugala met a quiet young man who loved her very
much, it was an answer to her prayer; she needed her own husband to help her
heal from the wound of love inflicted on her by Amayo.
Amayo attended the wedding in the
company of his wife Nenadu, it was at the wedding that Ugala let go of her
anger and hurt, she received them well and was truly happy that they attended
her wedding even though she intentionally did not send them an invitation.
After the wedding, Amayo and Ugala
continued to speak to each other from time to time and he made himself
available anytime she needed someone to talk to.
Their new friendship grew and one
day, they both decided that they had made mistakes in their choices of
partners. They both separated from their spouses and agreed to make another
attempt at dating; while dating, their divorces came through and now Amayo and Ugala
are living happily together as husband and wife.
And by the way, both Amayo and Ugala had
children from their previous marriages.
Can this be called true
love? This life is deep I must say.
