This might sound a bit strange to be a true story but I cross my heart.......when I worked in Benue state I had a girlfriend from Lagos who came to do her NYSC and was posted to Otukpo anyways just to make sure her *Local Government Area* was spick and span for my consumption (literally and figuratively).
She went for a pap smear (or whatever its called) and she said while she laid in the awkward position for the doctor to check things out she suddenly felt a moist sensation......looked down and Doc Manstuffin was licking her *LGA*......she freaked out and the dude started pleading that the LGA looked so neat and tidy (AEDC doing a good job) that he couldn't resist......bottom line she skipped the scan.
When I heard, I wisely decided that if the doctor just from physical observation thought It was good enough to snack on.......who was I not to think same.

I have heard a lot of weird stories but this tops the list. Some doctors really do'ave m. (No offences to all the good and descent doctors out there)
When I get married, our O & G will definitely be a female. I no fit shout abeg.

DeleteSure some doctors do have them. An Aunty of mine had such experience years ago and she slapped a living day out of the useless doctor. It sounds absurd to me when some doctors do that because by now I feel they would have seen more than enough specie of women but then they are still human after all with blood flowing.

Madness di "udi na udi" (come in different forms) and he no longer belongs to that profession. I'm embarrassed for the lady and irritated. I would have kicked his jaw so hard that it would shift and tell him I was practicing how to join the falcons. Nonsense idiota dokinta!
ReplyDelete....I'm not excusing my french---"Nonsense idiota dokinta"---I meant every word. This doctor would go home to his wife (if he has one) and express how stressful his day was. Definitely not his first time of misbehaving on a patient. Smh!

ReplyDeleteWhat I find disturbing about this story is how easily the assault was brushed off (including the boyfriend's "if the doctor thought it was good enough to snack on, who was I not to?" Sexual assault is serious and perpetrators need to be punished!
